Can I make changes to my site myself?
Absolutely. We provide a powerful, easy-to-use website builder that requires minimal technical skills, so you can log in and make simple changes whenever you like. If you want us to make these changes for you, we're happy to do it as it is part of your ongoing support.
How do I request assistance/support?
To request support, please visit our Assistance Request page in the footer of this site.
How do the payments work?
Once you decide to use our Website Service, a quote is emailed to you, and once approved by you, your invoice for €295 for the initial set-up fee is emailed to you. This is to be paid online by credit card.
Can I add an appointment-booking calendar to my site?
Yes, you can request this as an add-on. Please see our optional extras section above.
