Additional Pages:

As part of your Website Service, up to 7 pages are included in your website. This is more than enough to cover the average therapist's website. However, if you require additional pages during the build phase, we are happy to make them for you. Each additional page costs €20.

To avoid this charge, you can always add as many pages as you like free of charge as part of your Website Service ongoing support, which starts once your website is complete.

Additional Revisions:

Your Website Service entitles you to two rounds of revisions during the build phase.

Additional rounds during this phase cost €49 each.

Content migration:

It's easier for us to build a site from scratch, following our own step-by-step procedures. This also helps us to deliver our websites at a competitive price. However, if you would like us to use the content of your existing website, this breaks our process and adds a lot of extra time, therefore we charge a standard fee of €295 for this service.

Anytime:

Google My Business set up: 

Google My Business is a service provided by Google that helps businesses get found locally. When a potential client searches for your services in your area, your practice shows up on a map with a red dot and your details appear alongside. We can set this service up for you, making sure to enter correct keywords, and using your new website images and text logo so as to reflect your brand. To avail of this service you will need a Gmail email address and account, but we will set this up for you as part of this service.

Cost of this set up: €49.

Appointment Booking Calendar:

Take appointments with a professional appointment calendar. The calendar allows your clients to see what times are available to you and book a slot with you without even calling you. You will receive instant notification of the appointment.  People can book your service while you are busy helping other clients.  We'll set this system up for you and install it on your website and colour it to match your brand colours.  We will also send you a link to the operating instructions. 

Price of this set up: €49.

Client Forms:

As you get new clients, you might want to ask them to fill in forms ahead of their first session with you.

We can provide you with a section in your Resources page, where you client can download your various forms.

All you have to do is to send us you current forms and we will implement this facility on your website.

Price per form: €20.
